1. Submit Your Order Details
Complete the structured order form on the relevant product page with all required information.
2. Receive an invoice
We review your submission and send an official invoice including a secure payment link.
3. Secure Your Production Slot
Settlement of the invoice confirms your order and secures your production slot.
4. Design Approval
A design preview is sent for your approval before printing.
Please ensure all details (spelling, dates, colours, layout) are correct before approving.
Production begins only after written approval is received.
5. Production Begins
Production starts after approval.
6. Final Balance & Delivery / Collection
The remaining balance is payable before delivery or collection.
