At PersonART – The Art of Personalisation, we take pride in creating high-quality personalised products for your special events.
Because many of our products are custom-made, our return and refund policy is slightly different from standard retail items.
Returns
Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, customised or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-personalised items may be eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

The item is returned in its original packaging

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:

incorrect
contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personalised or customised products

Perishable items such as food or chocolate products

Items that have been used or opened

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
As many of our products are personalised, exchanges are generally not possible.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
