Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed only once the 50% deposit has been received.

The deposit secures your production slot and confirms acceptance of the official quote.

A design preview is sent for written approval before production begins.

Please ensure all details (spelling, dates, colours, layout) are correct before approving.

Production begins only after written approval is received.

Changes requested after design approval may result in additional charges and may affect turnaround time.

Due to the customised nature of our products:

Orders are non-refundable once design approval has been given.

If production has not yet started, cancellation requests may be considered at management discretion.

Standard production time is 3–5 working days after design approval.

Delays caused by late approvals or late payments may affect delivery timelines.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier services and location.

PersonART is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or collection.
